Many innovations arise in the sectors of metal and industry with galvanized wire comes to our life. Briefly, we may think that galvanization is a component which extends working life of metal. Regarding technical specifications, there is not to understand alloy composes of zinc and aliminium. Galvanization has got many fields of usage such as secturies of wire, metal plate, iron and metal. It is mostly used in wire sector. In addition galvanization protects wire from external factor, protecting general structure of wire and provides long working life.

The fact of too much eliminating these blemishes by sandpapering is likely to degrade the thickness and the function of protection of zinc. To accept these visual defects constitutes a tranquillity and quality stamp for many years.
A thermolaquage by powder polyester with high adherence can supplement hot galvanization with soaked after manufacture. It goes without saying the imperfections of aspect inherent in galvanization remain apparent. This coloured completion ensures an additional behaviour the corrosion estimated from 10 to 20 years.

The choice of steel plays a big role: steels are used of class 1 supporting the aspect and the mechanical resistance of the coating. However some defects inherent in hot galvanization must be accepted, such as cords of the weldings that one should not deteriorate with sandpapering, of the visual aspects chechmates with possibility of marbled or rough zones and of light run zinc visible along the sections without consequences on the behaviour with corrosion

Hot dip galvanizing offers a double protection to steel: an electrochemical protection cathodic effect which does not let corrosion extend in the event of surface wound and a physical protection barrier by screen which insulates steel. The lifespan of galvanization depends on two parameters:
– The thickness of the zinc coating.
– The place of use of the products; rural, marine, urban,…
As an indication and according to these criteria the average longevity of the zinc coating varies between 10 and 30 years

Galvanized coating is made to acquire protective layer against corrosion on iron, steel and metal. Hot-dip galvanized coating has many important fields of application. Hot-dip galvanized coating is used frequently in production of tower and longlived, sturdy screw. Briefly, hot-dip galvanized zinc coating is standard, efficacious and economic protective process.

In the processing of dry galvanization, flash layer on the surface of molten zinc pondage is used to remove these contaminants and stay without oxide this area on the surface of zinc pondage. Flash layer floats on surface and provides dampening surface with flash when a piece plunges to pondage. Flash must have necessary chemical equilibrium to fulfill cleaning process with high speed.

Galvanization is rather generally intended to prevent oxidation with chromium particularly, like in the case of stainless steel, but also to add properties specific of all kinds at piece-rates for example, a strong brightness in the case of chromium. It can be necessary to operate in two even three successive different metal galvanizations.

Processing of wet galvanization usually requires to etching layer above boiler in the heated sulfuric acid boiler. Processing of dry galvanization doesn’t require layer above boiler, because it is interrelated washing and mostly hydrochloric etching with acid. Besides in the type of dry galvanization, etching with sulfuric acid can be used. Processing of wet or dry galvanization can be preferred depending on cost of acid and power.

Processing of Wet and Dry Galvanization. Processing Wet and Dry galvanization are still used as traditional galvanization processes. Dry galvanization process is improved and regularized in Europe. Wet galvanization process is mostly used in North America. Dry process is less sensitive than wet process to energy but it is more sensitive against inadequacy in surface cleaning.
