Although degreasing, etching,rinsing in water and other cleaning process mostly remove impurity and flakes on surface of iron and steel, at the least amount impurity remains oxide,chloride,sulphate and sulphite form.
As long as not removing, this impurity mingles to reaction of iron-steel when iron or steel is plunged to molten zinc.
